At Jepsons, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, simply follow the instructions below.

Returning an Item

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return request has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible

Please include your order number when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or alternative item, please contact us before returning your purchase.

We will always do our best to help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jepsons.co.uk.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
