REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We hope you'll love your purchace but if for any reason you would like to request a return for a refund or exchange, you must do this within 14 days of receiving the item. Once your return request is approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To qualify for a return of non faulty items, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original undamaged packaging.

Please note:
The cost of returns is the customers responsibilty, unless the item is faulty.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We are offering extended returns for Christmas gifts bought throughout December. Online returns must be requested by December 31st, and the item should then be returned to us within 14 days.

For in-store purchases, any items must be returned by January 3rd for a credit or exchange only.

To qualify for a return of non faulty items, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original undamaged packaging.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please note that there may be a slight delay during seasonal peaks. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), minus any taxes or import duties incurred.

CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER

Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order is ‘Awaiting Dispatch,’ it may be possible to cancel before it’s processed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the instructions above for a refund.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

We can exchange items for a different size, colour, or a completely different item if requested within 14 days of receiving the item. If the new item costs more than the original, we will contact you with instructions on how to pay the difference. If the new item is cheaper, we will automatically credit you the difference via the original method of payment.

For exchanges to be approved, the item must be returned to us in perfect original condition before we can send out the exchange item. Please send returns to:

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve stock for exchanges.

RETURNING ITEMS OUTSIDE THE EU

When returning items from outside the EU, please ensure that ‘Returns Department’ is clearly stated at the top of the address, and declare the goods as returns with the courier/postal service. This will help prevent delays by UK customs and allow us to process the return quickly.

If you do not include this information, the parcel may be held by UK Customs, which can take up to 28 days to process. This may result in an invoice for VAT and handling charges (roughly 20% of the return value) that will be passed on to you. This charge is non-refundable and must be paid before the parcel is released to us.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

For items purchased in-store, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a return of non faulty items, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original undamaged packaging. (Sale items are non-refundable)

After 7 days, or for sale items, we offer an exchange or credit note up to 30 days from the purchase date. The credit note can be used in any of our stores and has no expiry date.
