We offer Free Tracked UK Delivery on orders over £100 (excluding Outlet items).

Royal Mail Tracked Services

For orders under the free delivery threshold, Royal Mail tracked delivery options are available at checkout.

Special Delivery

Need your order urgently? Royal Mail Special Delivery options may be available for eligible orders.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations worldwide.

International orders are shipped using fully tracked services, with delivery options displayed at checkout based on your location.

Duties & Taxes

For many international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

This means there should be no unexpected customs charges to pay when your order arrives.

The final amount payable, including any applicable duties and taxes, will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Dispatch Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.

This allows you to follow your parcel's progress from dispatch through to delivery.

Click & Collect

Customers can also choose to collect online orders from our Nantwich store.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
