REFUND, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We hope you'll love your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to request a return for a refund or exchange, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. Once your return request has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To qualify for a return of non-faulty items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please note:
The cost of returning unwanted items is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to info@jepsons.co.uk or through our online returns portal) before the withdrawal period expires.
You may also cancel your order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at info@jepsons.co.uk or on 01270 624734.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jepsons.co.uk or on 01270 624734.
Where possible, please include photographs of the issue so that we can assess the problem and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We offer extended returns for Christmas gifts purchased throughout December.
Online returns must be requested by 31st December, and the item should then be returned to us within 14 days of the return request being approved.
For in-store purchases, items must be returned by 3rd January for a credit note or exchange only.
To qualify for a return of non-faulty items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original, undamaged packaging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process all refunds within 1–2 working days of receiving your returned item. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during seasonal peak periods.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order, less any taxes, duties, or import charges incurred where applicable.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several additional working days for the refund to appear in your account.

CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
If your order is still marked as "Awaiting Dispatch", it may be possible to cancel it before it is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure outlined above.

ONLINE EXCHANGES
We can exchange items for a different size, colour, or an alternative item if requested within 14 days of receiving the original item.
If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, we will contact you with instructions for paying the difference. If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
To qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned to us in perfect condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Exchange items are subject to availability at the time your return is processed, and we are unable to reserve stock whilst awaiting the return of your original item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
When returning items from outside the United Kingdom, please clearly mark the parcel with "Returns Department" and declare the contents as Returned Goods with your courier or postal service.
Failure to do so may result in delays at UK Customs and additional import charges. Any customs duties, VAT, handling charges, or fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund or passed on to you for payment before the parcel can be accepted.
IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
For items purchased in-store, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return of non-faulty items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with all tags still attached and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Sale items purchased in-store are non-refundable.
After 7 days, or for sale items, we offer an exchange or credit note for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Credit notes may be redeemed in any Jepsons store and do not expire.
